Daresha’s Rasta Pasta is a vibrant and flavorful dish that combines al dente pasta with a creamy, spiced sauce infused with jerk seasoning. This dish is topped with fresh bell peppers and tender, succulent strips of chicken.
INGREDIENTS: * 10 oz Pecans * Vegan Shredded Cheese * 1 diced onions * 1diced bell pepper * 8oz Manwich or Vegan spaghetti sauce * 15 oz plant based Alfredo sauce * 3 teaspoons smoked paprika * 1 teaspoon liquid smoke * Soba noodles INSTRUCTIONS : SPAGHETTI SAUCE INSTRUCTIONS 1. Soak pecans over night 2. Boil pecans 1-2 hours 3. Pulse Pecans 15 seconds in food processor 4. In a sauce pan heat up 2 tsp olive oil 5. Put diced onions in till you can smell 6. Then add bell peppers and garlic 7.Add your pecans to sauce pot for about 5 minutes and brown 8. Add the liquid smoke and smoked paprika and a pinch of salt and pepper and stir when start simmering take off heat NOODLES INSTRUCTIONS 9. Boil water with salt and teaspoon olive oil 10. When water boil add Soba noodles 11. Let Soba noodles boil 4 minutes and then drain noodles(but make sure noodles is done) 12. After you drain noodles in a big bowl put the noodles in and mix noodles with plant based Alfredo sauce 13. After you mix sauce and noodles add spaghetti sauce and mix all together 14. Turn oven on to 350 degrees 15. Put all mix ingredients in a deep baker pan then put Vegan cheese all over and put aluminum foil over and put in oven until Vegan cheese melt should take 15-20 minutes After cheese melt its ready to serve
